Our assignment for Rough Water& was to develop a modern agency site for the young company. In addition to classic topics like presenting the company and its references the topic recruitment was of special interest.
The website is a central tool when it comes to employer branding. In order to find young talent for the agency and make them get in contact the imagery and speech has to meet certain expectations. A mixture of animations and a conceptional illustration style helps to realise this goal.
